Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zimba. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. We charge a flat Rs. 70 for all orders below Rs. 1,000 and offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,000. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Returns

If you want to place a return request, please go to the Returns Manager. Select the desired mode of return and replacement option. The choice of return will be sent to you within 7-10 business days.

Zimba offers a hassle-free 15 days replacement guarantee (The time frame within which you can exchange a product in case of damaged or wrong products received). It takes 7-12 days for the new replacement/store credit to be issued, after we receive the old product.

FAQs for Reverse Pick-up and Self-Ship

ON-SALE products can only be exchanged for store credits or compensations.

As per company policies, we do not provide cash or bank refunds. In case of any issues regarding refunds, we can provide you with store credits which are valid for an unlimited period of time and can be redeemed from your wallet whenever you wish to redeem the amount. However, in the case of damaged/broken in transit/wrong products delivered mistakenly, you can contact our support team at 9580958888, and we will help you out regarding refunds for the respective products.

Payments

Zimba accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as net banking payments. We also offer cash on delivery in most cities in India. If COD is not available at your address, the order will automatically get canceled by our system within 24-48 hours. Note: Beware of fraudulent calls. We never call you to participate in any lucky draw contests. Do not share OTP/Account details or transfer money to anyone offering vouchers/lucky draw prizes. If you have received any such calls, please report those numbers and raise a complaint to the local authorities or online FTC complaint assistant.
